Join me at the North American Oyster Showcase during the Hangout Oyster Cook-Off in Gulf Shores, Alabama!

This fall, I'm teaming up with the good folks behind the Hangout Festival to curate a selection of about 30 oysters from around the U.S., which festival goers can slurp and savor.

There will be plenty of oysters (naturally) plus great beers and really good music. Chefs from around the country will also be on hand, including Nashville's Matt Bolus from The 404 Kitchen. See you at Gulf Shores!
